I have been out of the blogging game for quite some weeks now largely due to not having time to fart let alone write. For that, I’m sorry.
So what’s new? Well I’ve started a new online training plan with Tom Stansfield who is pushing me harder than I could have ever expected and I’ve only met him briefly.
The training plans are activating muscles I forgot I had and I can feel the burn after.
I am struggling with the nutrition plan, however. As a self confessed fussy bugger I’m finding the first few days prettt damn tough. The first 28 days are supposed to be about resetting your digestive system and metabolism and there’s not a chocolate in sight! I did go and balls it up a little bit when I got sick yesterday and couldn’t eat anything. But was a mere blip in the overall process.
For those of you that know me will know how tough it is to stick to a prescribed diet. I’m doing it though and it will make me feel great. I just know it.

The Situation: Been MIA (no time to fart, let alone write). Started online training with Tom Stansfield – pushing harder than expected. Activating forgotten muscles, feeling the burn.
The Struggle: Nutrition plan = tough for fussy bugger. First 28 days = reset digestive system/metabolism. No chocolate. Got sick, couldn’t eat (minor blip). Sticking to prescribed diet = extremely difficult for me but doing it anyway.
