So it was check in today and in one week of doing the plan I’ve lost 8.4lbs!!!! One week!!!

How have I felt?

At times I’ve had cravings and going to a restaurant with my friends but not eating was a low point but overall I’ve felt just fine. A little tired but I did have a viral illness at the beginning of the week. 

So all in all a good week! I’m proud of myself for doing it!
