Guess what?
I finished my squat challenge!
It was hard work and I completely forgot to factor in that I was going to Poland for 4 days near the end of it so I had to postpone a couple of days.
Nevertheless how have I shaped up?
Well measurement wise I’m exactly the same but I definitely think my butt has got more shape to it than it had before. It’s not surprising as squats are great exercises.
I certainly won’t be squatting every day but I will continue to work on my squats and perhaps do them more than once a week.
