It’s all in the wrist

Recently whilst doing reverse pull ups I’ve notice my right wrist gets pretty painful so I decided I ought to strengthen that up. I remembered years ago, when my dear friend Laura used to arm wrestle, she had a contraption that was a ball inside another ball that you sort of span round to strengthen the forearm. If she sees this she will kill me. 

It is an NSD Power Ball and it is addictive as hell. It is a hand held devise utilising a gyroscope inside another ball that uses rotational dynamics. It’s hard to explain what you do with it other than keep it spinning. It’s a bugger to get going but once you have, it’s so much fun! 

No more sore wrists
