Day 2

Kenya tell I’m pissed off?

I finally made it to Kenya and to the hotel. However my luggage did not. After pestering the airline (Ethiopian Airlines) I have now got an estimated arrival time of my bag. Three hours after I leave the hotel in the safari bus!

Apparently what I need to do is to pay someone to bring it to me and then claim it back off my insurance. I can’t see that going well. 

I also realised I forgot to tell my bank I was going abroad. Luckily my card still worked in the ATM. 

So all in all not a great start to the trip but hopefully by tomorrow I should have my stuff back. Until then I’ll just have to stink. 

Also I managed to accidentally get through airport security twice with a 200ml bottle of sun cream. Including Heathrow. Good job keeping us safe fellas!
